How much does Workforce licence cost?

How long does Workforce licence take?
A year at a time. The licence is sold per seat for a year, and each employee takes self-paced C1 and C2 courses at their own pace. Next batch: Dec 2026.

Enterprises, GCCs and government departments. Before you start: None.
Do I need to know coding?
No. Seats give every employee self-paced C1 and C2 courses and assessments with no prerequisites, plus reporting by level and stage. Builder teams that will code can add optional Studio seats.
Is the certificate valid, and for how long?
Yes, for a year at a time. Each person earns Individual levels (C1–C2) for each employee: an Open Badges 3.0 badge with a public verify page, renewed by yearly recertification. It is assessed on what each person builds, plus one check taken without AI.
Is it online or offline?
Online. Each seat gets self-paced C1 and C2 courses and assessments taken without AI, with reporting by level and stage. Optional Studio seats let builder teams work in AI Flywheel Studio.
