Yes, for a year at a time. Each person earns Aware (C1) in all four stages; a path to Leader (C4) in DRIVE and CORE: an Open Badges 3.0 badge with a public verify page, renewed by yearly recertification. It is assessed on what each person builds, plus one check taken without AI.
Is it online or offline?
Leadership programme runs for one organisation at a time: 2 days + 90-day follow-up. Dates, place and format are agreed with you when we quote. Language: English and Tamil.
