What is Agent Operating Model?
Agent Operating Model is a one-page contract for how one agent may behave.
It names the agent and its human owner, then sets six fields: goal, tools, permissions and limits, human checkpoints, escalation path and kill switch. Plan for deployment, not for the demo.
