Quick answers
What faculty ask.
What is a faculty development programme in AI?
The Faculty Flywheel is AI Flywheel's faculty development programme (FDP). It takes faculty to C1 Aware, C2 Practitioner and C3 Builder, and the capstone is a unit they already teach, redesigned with gate records and an oral defence.
Can faculty teach the credit courses?
Yes, once they reach Builder (C3) in a stage, faculty can teach the credit course in that stage. With Leader (C4) and train-the-trainer they can go on to become Knowledge Partners, co-teaching cohorts and contributing to the kits.
What is the capstone?
A unit the faculty member already teaches, redesigned with AI as one real turn. It is recorded with gate records and defended orally, and it earns Builder (C3). Batches run on campus for one department or as open batches across colleges.
